When it comes to birthday and celebration cakes there is no limit to the design. My customers like to set me a challenge and are always pleased and surprised with their cakes. I listen carefully to their requirements and then create!

One of my specialities is to create little character models that can be personalised to represent you, your relatives and friends. They can be made doing a hobby, wearing their team’s kit or modelling a favourite posh frock, whatever it is that makes them, them!
